Общественно-политическая активность молодёжи – это индикатор процессов, происходящих в современном обществе. Так как молодое поколение является основным мобилизационным ресурсом общества, которое определяет будущее государства. Данная статья посвящена молодёжной политике, международным правовым документам разработанным ООН, возрастающей актуальности данного вопроса в связи с углублением глобализационных процессов и вытекающих из неё опасностей и вызовов охватывающий все страны, решения которых невозможно без активного участия молодёжи, вопрос который всегда стоит одним из приоритетных задач международного сообщества и в частности ООН. Рассматриваются международно-правовые документы, регламентирующие молодёжную сферу, так как данный вопрос с середины XX века является объектом государственной политики более 130 стран мира. В том, каким образом государство организует свою молодёжную политику, выделяются две модели – европейскую и англосаксонскую. Европейская модель основана на ведущей роли государства в сфере молодёжной политики. В этой модели также четко определены приоритеты, цели, задачи и ожидаемые результаты. Для англосаксонской модели присущ подход поддержки исключительно добровольческой деятельности и молодёжных организаций без системного участия государственных органов в реализации молодёжной политики. В статье проанализированы опыт молодёжной политики Японии и Узбекистана, отмечаются общности и особенности подходов решении проблем и задач данной темы. Отмечается, что социально-политическая система Японии, в отличие от большинства развитых стран мира, на протяжении десятков лет позволяет правительству этой страны избежать крупных социальных потрясений и кризисов социальных институтов. Это, в свою очередь, доказывает эффективность государственных мер, направленных на решение с проблем молодёжи в японском обществе. Политика Японии в этой сфере имеет свою специфику, основанной на сочетании традиционных превентивных мер с инновационными, что позволяет говорить о его универсальности. В статье всесторонне рассматривается взятый новый курс Узбекистана на повышение роли молодёжи в общественно-политической жизни общества. В этом плане делается акцент на всестороннюю поддержку молодёжных инициатив, как со стороны государства, так и со стороны молодёжных организаций. Исходя из этого, можно утверждать, что открытый диалог с молодёжью стало стратегическим направлением на новом этапе развития Узбекистана. В этой стратегии ключевое место отведено повышению общественной активности молодёжи, ее сопричастности к процессам формирования современного, демократического государства.
Introduction; Worldwide, young women and men suffer a disproportionate share of reproductive health problems, such as unplanned pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS, and other serious reproductive health problems. Youth Reproductive Health Service is a special gift from the youth age group, young people all over the world are in need of much better education and health care related to reproduction.
Methodology; This cross-sectional community based descriptive study was conducted in West Hararghe, Gumbi Bordade woreda Arba Bordade Health Center, with the main objectives of assessing youth reproductive health service preferences and utilization. Based on probability proportionate to the population size of kebele, the lottery method was used to identify the study population by interviewing 239 youth selected by systematic sampling using per-structured questionnaires
Result-. A total of 239 youth aged 15-24, 221 responded to the structured questionnaire, out of which 114 (51.6%) were male, with a male to female ratio of 1.14:1. Among the study participants, 140 (63.3%) were aged 15-19, and 38 (17.2%) were married. In the assessment of utilization and preference of the health institution, 96(43.4%) of the respondents preferred to be served in governmental health institution and 69 (31.2%) of the youth indicated the need to rearrange in the existing health institution having separate youth health institution, and 93(42.1%) of the them preferred to be served by young and of the same sex.
Conclusions: -A high figure of the youth not served in the existing health institution for their reproductive health needs, even those who used to be served, they claimed that the existing health institutions were inconvenient and unattractive. Almost half of the respondents preferred the need for rearrangement of youth reproductive health institutions separately, and also to be served by young and the same sex health providers. Family health service, sexual education, partner relation guidance, information and education on STD/HIV AIDS and to having an information center were preferred by almost by all respondents.

This article describes the main problems of development and formation of critical reading skills using media literacy in teaching English, and also suggests ways and strategies to solve these main problems that arise in teaching English. The development of critical reading teaches students to be more confident in their studies, as they will have the opportunity to search for key ideas, make summaries of the text, discuss the text and ask their own questions. The article shows the types of developing critical reading strategies for teachers, examines the importance of teaching students critical thinking and critical reading skills.
This research reported results of 2 sequential and interrelated studies that examined the efficacy of combining 2 models of reading strategy. Reading skills are the cognitive processes that a reader uses in making sense of a text. For fluent readers, most of the reading skills are employed unconsciously and automatically. When confronted with a challenging text, fluent readers apply these skills consciously and strategically in order to comprehend.
